Welcome to the Human Prototype blog, a space where the past and present converge to showcase the evolution of a life in progress. Inspired by my TEDx talk, "I am a Prototype," this blog is part of a broader journey of transformation through journaling, capturing the essence of living as a perpetual prototype. Each week, during 2024, I reviewed my archives from 2016, contrasting journal scans filled with drawings against the backdrop of my current experiences.

Can we please appreciate my beautiful rendering of the YAS Viceroy hotel and Ferrari World in Abu Dhabi? (ok maybe I simplified the Viceroy a bit too much)

I have not much to say about 2016. Another busy week filled by varied activities. This time with a trip to Ferrari World and Masdar Sustainable City, 2 polar opposite experiences in the same Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and then a trip to Egypt, which we’ll talk about more next week.

Now: August 12-18, 2024

This week, I made a spontaneous decision to attend the Medicine Festival. It pushed me out of my comfort zone in many ways—making a last-minute plan (!), camping (!), and broadening my perspective through the festival's inspiring programming.
I’m in the process of redefining what it means to be me, reconnecting with love and joy along the way.
Here’s my audio recollection of the week (I recommend playing it in 1.5x or 2x as I am taking my time to say everything and nothing)
