Welcome to the Human Prototype blog, a space where the past and present converge to showcase the evolution of a life in progress. Inspired by my TEDx talk, "I am a Prototype," this blog is part of a broader journey of transformation through journaling, capturing the essence of living as a perpetual prototype. Each week, during 2024, I reviewed my archives from 2016, contrasting journal scans filled with drawings against the backdrop of my current experiences.

Another great week in Dubai, starting with winning a GoPro at the office!! Like what?!? I still have it and haven’t used it much, sadly.
As I recorded this week’s entry, I was filled with immense gratitude for having lived those moments of in life. Wow! So blessed.

In this week’s voice memo, I reflect on a particularly tough week where anxiety took center stage. I talk about navigating physical and emotional exhaustion, moments of vulnerability, and reaching out for support. There’s also a candid recount of dealing with food poisoning, loneliness, and the challenges of self-care while juggling work stress. Despite it all, I found moments of gratitude for the people who supported me and my small victories, like attending Zumba and yoga classes.
