Welcome to the Human Prototype blog, a space where the past and present converge to showcase the evolution of a life in progress. Inspired by my TEDx talk, "I am a Prototype," this blog is part of a broader journey of transformation through journaling, capturing the essence of living as a perpetual prototype. Each week, during 2024, I reviewed my archives from 2016, contrasting journal scans filled with drawings against the backdrop of my current experiences.
Joy

Then: June 27- July 3, 2016
Listen, I’m not in the right state of mind to go back to 2016 right now. This week of 2024 has been so exceptionally joyful and perfect that commenting on 2016 seems irrelevant.
What I can share is that moving to a new gym was a not a great idea, but it probably served a purpose at the time.
Now: June 23-30, 2024
This week has been a week of transition, marked by a weak closure at work and a beautiful trip to Estonia.
A week of contrasts. From old job to new job. Low vibrations to higher ones. Old me, new me. Old beliefs, new beliefs. Emerging after a long period of incubation. Seeing the light and feeling light. Restoring my sense of self while dissolving it.
Exploring new paths. Dreaming awake.
On Thursday, I flew to Tallinn, Estonia, for the Mindvalley Supercoach Summit. I had attended the summit last year as a freshly certified life coach. It was so good that I decided to return. It was everything I could have hoped for and more.
The energy from the Mindvalley community is unmatched. The care from the speakers to ensure we get the most value is incredible.
Imagine being in a room with 500 people who chose careers in helping others, traveling from places like the US, India, New Zealand, and more, to learn and grow.
I can’t even describe it.
I had some reservations about Mindvalley's ethos, mostly because I’m tired of their ads on YouTube. But truly, it has given me more value than I could ever hope for. I’ve been a member for three years and have taken many of their courses. I started with the Silva Method because my mum did this course in the 90s, and I remembered some of the techniques we used. She is still using it after all these years, and I would encourage anyone to check it out, whether through Mindvalley or another organization. There are even some free YouTube videos about it.
Anyway, each course (or Quest, as they call them) has brought me value. In 2023, coming out of my burnout, I decided to take their Life Coach Certification program. It was the biggest investment I’ve ever made in my education (because education is cheap in Europe ;)) and I wonder why I hadn’t invested more in courses earlier. The course was very intense, with a huge amount of content, some practice, and a few aha moments. I didn’t feel like offering coaching services afterward as I hadn’t recovered from my burnout yet and was spending a ridiculous amount of energy at work. Nonetheless, I decided to travel to Tallinn in 2023 to meet my fellow cohort participants and celebrate our growth journey. It felt like home, a place where I could just be me and express my heart to its fullest potential. I made some friends, and this year I was very lucky to be reunited with them in Tallinn.
Since last year, I have invested a lot of energy in recovering from burnout and exploring many ways to connect with my higher self and life purpose. I engaged in a series of life-changing experiences (a topic for another blog, surely), and I am truly a different person than a year ago.
So here I am, on my way home to London, starting a new job tomorrow. This trip was planned in February and it was the perfect break between my two jobs. A break to celebrate the journey so far, remember who I truly am, and celebrate the journey to come.
The journey ahead is filled with joy, ease, growth, and purpose. It is a healthy life, physically and mentally. It is an extraordinary life. I feel so blessed to have chosen this path, despite the hardships and challenges that have come my way. These tests made me the person I am today and prepared me for what’s to come.
During the summit, I was trusted to give people some energy healing. And oh boy, this was a gift that I don’t think I fully understand yet. One session was so intense that we were shapeshifting. My “patient’s” face distorted from holding up too much, and she reported seeing my eyes change into cat eyes, with vertical pupils. I wonder what comes to your mind as you read this. It’s hard to comprehend without experiencing it.
This is the start of a new season.
